Updated PO deadline

We secured more time for release notes translation.  Please see my post
to the fedora-trans-list from just a few minutes ago.  The new deadline
is 1200 UTC on Thursday, 5 October.  Could one of you, or a designated
person from Trans, please be available to enter the new PO into Docs
CVS?  Thank you!
