Minor changes to transcriptions of nontranslatable English words.
DO NOT USE PO FILES FOR JOKES.  "M$ Windows" is trivially funny in IRC
but is not appropriate for official documentation.  Translate
"Windows" as "Windows" please -- "win32" is an entirely different
meaning.  Thank you.
