F1 - Wine/WineTools

Mi meta para este a#o es _no_ arrancar (bootear) desde Windows. Pero, necesito correr ciertas aplicaciones necias como: Internet Explorer y Microsoft PowerPoint presenter por los sitios web "optimizados" y/o familiares/amigos/clientes "tecno-dependientes" de otras plataforma.

Entonces, le eche pichon a Wine (wine-20050111-1fc3winehq.i686.rpm) y WineTools (winetools-2.1.0-jo.i386.rpm) en Fedora Core 3 (Kernel 2.6.10-1.741)

Todo marcho bien al crear/instalar:
- Crear disco falso
- TrueType Font Arial
- DCOM98

Luego, al instalar Internet Explorer 6 SP1 se bajo y empieza a instalar... pero, cuando llega a 45% de instalacion se tranca y da este mensaje:

Alguien sabe como arreglarlo??? o algun enlace con alguna solucion??? 

Se que existen otras soluciones pagas... pero, prefiero tratar de resolver de esta manera ;-)
