What you see is a GCC ICE.

In any case, whether or not qemu is trying to do something evil, an ICE
always is a GCC-BUG, because gcc must never ICE.

I'd recommend to file a PR at RH's bugzilla and GCC's bugzilla
(http://gcc.gnu.org)
