i think this part:

%post
/sbin/ldconfig

%postun
/sbin/ldconfig

can actually be deleted. then i don't need Requires(post) and Requires(postun)
suggestions, right? i think they can be deleted because these plugin .so files
are loaded dynamically be libxslt from "/usr/lib/libxslt/1.1/". my machine has:

(%:~/src/libxslt-plugin-regexp-0.5) ls -1 /usr/lib/libxslt/1.1/
exslt_org_dates_and_times.la
exslt_org_dates_and_times.so
exslt_org_regular_expressions.la
exslt_org_regular_expressions.so
