Not a full review, but I just noticed this:

Requires: wxPython %{_bindir}/python%{pyver}

The name of the wxPython package in Extras is wxPythonGTK2, so this
should be:

Requires: wxPythonGTK2 %{_bindir}/python%{pyver}
