Odd mock build problem

No. There is no magic. And it doesn't pull in anything. This code simply
avoids an undefined variable which results in an empty and hence invalid
"Requires" tag and a src.rpm build error. When the src.rpm can be built,
only then mock will proceed and evaluate its build requirements.
