This is a very silly discussion.  First Frank complains that someone
modified his package before filing a bug report, then everyone points
out a bug report was filed, then Frank persists on insisting there is
some kind of problem.

I am seriously tempted to just modify Frank's package so he will quit
Fedora.  Perhaps we will be better off.  LOL! ;-)
