I don't think there is a keyboard layout on the list that is equivalent to
us-international + cedilla (that is what brazilian user expect when they have a
US keyboard), but I still need to check the keyboard layout list, just in case.

On my Fedora 10 machine I configured KDE to use '-layout us -variant alt-intl',
and cedilla is working as expected. I don't know if there is an option for this
on Anaconda or GDM, though.
