[Fedora-i18n-list] Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library?

Could anyone help me out with Gtk-WARNING **: Locale
not supported by C library. Using the fallback 'C'
locale.? I have trouble communicating with the IIIM
server, and I believe this error message is the
problem. I don't know where to look for a place to
install a new locale.
