Thanks, Mike and Jens.
As Jens has pointed, localizing might be a bit off track from original
request. However it sounds great for me if bugzilla is localized.
Is there anyone interested to contribute bugzilla localilzation?

I am concerning if other langs also propose xx-bugzilla(s).
How can we reflect bugs in xx-bugzilla into existing bugzilla?
Also am conerning less developers will be able to work on filed bug in
xx-bugzilla, as bugs will be filed in their local lang(s), which is not
readable except its local lang developers.
