[Fedora-i18n-list] Can't use a user dictionary under IIIMF

That's a bug. it actually worked when htt_server was running
as root. but now it's running as a htt user, and LEs seems
to get a htt user as the username rather than the current
user.
so could you file a bug to bugzilla?
