Set up a vote on the wiki for supported releases?

Agreed, I just sent an email proposing the same :), but I think the 
votes should be counted as "willing to volunteer" and not "interested
in someone else supporting it", since there is no good if 20 people are
interested in support for 7.1 but no one is interested in doing the stuff...
