Sortof.  It was a system that runs my side company, j2solutions.net, 
which is collocated with a old friend of mine back east.  It's the old 
friend that can no longer afford the 1+TB a month worth of traffic that 
download.fedoralegacy.org was generating.  Having it there was only a 
temporary solution, but the temp spot expired before the finally spot 
has come available.  It should be available very soon, if the last 
couple items fall into place.
