2.4.22 kernel source for RedHat 8?

www.kernel.org lists a 2.2.27-pre2 and a 2.4.26 but no 2.4.27-anything anywhere... 
what is the source of this "2.4.27" kernel?

You would be better off recompiling (without NPTL) the redhat 9 kernel
errata, when one that addresses this point appears. This is how previous
Fedora Legacy updates have been prepared.

(Incidentally it seems likely that there are further security issues in
2.4.27-pre:
