Things such as CVS access to code base, interaction with RH security
team, and my recent acceptance into VendorSec are all things that will
promote faster and better updates.

See above. Plus I am about to go live with a semi-public build server
that I will give access to a few trustworthy folks to be able to build
packages for updates-testing and updates. I will still retain the
signing ability, however promoting a few folks will allow updates to
happen much faster than before.

We welcome all that wishes to participate. I would like to point out
that Legacy's planned phase with FC1 will only last until Red Hat stops
supporting FC3, presumably some 9~12 months down the road. If this is
too early for you, I would strongly recommend you contact Red Hat sales
about educational discounts for Red Hat Enterprise Linux products,
which feature a 5 year life span.
