Languages no longer make sense as they are merged into a single 
distribution.  No need to add the language.

Also, it makes little sense to split out the smaller arch stuff.  It's not 
necessary when update tools give you the right package given the choices.  
It just creates more subdirs and more headaches.  The $basearch I speak of 
is like i386 vs x86_64 vs ppc vs ia64 etc... not i386 vs i686.  the small 
arch stuff can live in the same directory, just the way that Fedora Core 
does it.
