Is that mirrored anywhere?
Also it does not appear to have a yum RPM in the legacy-utils directory.
I guess the relevant section of yum.conf should read:
--- cut here ---
[os]
name=Fedora Project RHL 7.3 OS
baseurl=http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat/7.3/os/i386
[updates]
name=Fedora Project RHL 7.3 Updates
baseurl=http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat/7.3/updates/i386
[legacy]
name=Fedora Project RHL 7.3 Legacy Utilities
baseurl=http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat/7.3/legacy-utils/i386
--- cut here ---
HTH,
John
