Well sexual harassment and racism are expressly outlawed in the work
place. Political/moral harassment? Unless the situation is extreme, I
doubt you'll get far with that argument. There is a glsnake shape named
"dubya", does that mean a George W. supporter can get you fired? Can you
get fired for wearing a John Kerry tshirt in a workplace where there is
not a general clothing policy? I doubt it. "Penis" and "vagina", on the
other hand, can get you in trouble, but under the category "hostile work
environment", not "moral harassment", of which I believe there is no
such thing in a US court of law.
