FC1 user dissapointed

The NIC in question is a PCI card. I had to reinstall FC1 and that is what I am using, until I find a solution.
I shall open up my pc later and look what exactly the card is and open a new thread.

Please start a new thread with a speaking subject line. And please give
there good information about your situation, what kind of network card
it is (ISA?), what you did try so far and what the system reports.
