Reboot your machine. When grub appears, push 'e' key ( edit mode ). Go to
the line that begins with 'kernel boot ' at the end of this line add the
'single' word.
Push enter key ( Return )
Push 'b' key ( this tells grub to boot the system )
After a while you will get a shell prompt ( your system is started in mono
user mode, in other words, as root without password and without services )
execute 'passwd' follow the instructions to define a new password. Reboot

Hi there,
Im having a problem with FD1.
The roots password has been changed & I cant reset it?
How can I fix this problem??
