I would use SmartFTP (freeware, www.smartftp.com) on Windows.
But I think it's better to use BitTorrent here. You can save traffic for
Redhat. I've loaded the CD-version with BitTorrent and I constantly leeched
with 90kb/s (ADSL) with 8kb/s upstream. I started the process before I gone
to bed and the next morning, everything was finished. No probs so far :)
