Yes, but the question is more: why does installing Fedora fails? Or what
specific problem does the OP see. Well, he was giving no facts - like
Dave claims.

Another valid question could be: who in a company is deciding to buy an
expensive machine when it is not clear before buying that the desired OS
is running on top?
