Running a 64bit and 32bit fedora at the same time

Sorry to head that.  Depending on which version of qemu, etc., YMMV, of course.
You could try again, perhaps even editing the kickstart file from the
original install, and just do a minimal install.  Once things are up
and running, do group installs with yum.
