my yum update error

I think that people would prefer small output like this inline in the mail. At 
least I would.
Anyway, the pgp-key is a file you have to download from the provider of the 
packages. For official Fedora packages it can be downloaded here
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/3/i386/os/RPM-GPG-KEY

then issue
$rpm --import $path-to-key/RPM-GPG-KEY
where $path-to-key is where you saved the key-file.
