Local mail server (fetchmail/postfix/cyrus ??)

I think what I'm after can be represented such:

 domain1.com <--------------+
    |                       |
    |                       |
    |                       |
    |                       |
    |   domain2.com <---- postfix <---> cyrus-imap <--->  clients
    |     |                  ^               ^
    |     |                  |               :
    |     |                  |               :
    +-->---------------> fetchmail ...........

Sorry if you're not reading this in plain text, it probably doesn't
all line-up but hopefully you get the idea.

fetchmail retrieves all the mail, and passes to postfix to pass to
cyrus. Clients then retrieve their emails from cyrus.
clients send emails to cyrus which passes on to postfix which delivers
to external mail server(s).

As you may have gathered I'm not too clued up on Linux/mail-server
terminologies, but I do consider myself at least moderately compuer
literate :-)
