FC3: touchpad functions vs kernel upgrades

Hello all (laptop users),


I'm typing on a Dell Latitude D810, and since I've upgraded to 2.6.11 (up to
2.6.12) kernel, some of the touchpad functions start no working as they did.
Previous kernel was 2.6.10-1.770_FC3, and all keys of the touchpad were OK,
including dragging just using the touchpad.

I am now unable to start a drag w/ one tap on the touchpad. Does anyone
encounter the same behaviour or know how to get it back?

Sometimes after a while, a couple of buttons is not working anymore (xev sees
nothing when I press the buttons, IIRC), whereas I cannot reproduce it while
staying under windows for a long time. Anyway this seems randomly encountered.
