hi list, i am having the following error by accessing 
www.domain.com/cgi-bin/dgate.html/mode=top

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

while i have configured it on a test server and it was running well,
wot could be the problem
