I think Rahul was pointing out that it was feasible for you to lead
the effort to create an xfce-fedora.  I'll bet if you ran into
trouble, he would help you creating the kickstart file, he'd help you.

Look at system-config-kickstart, I think.  Its not that complicated.
Submit the RFE with a sample kickstart file, and I think a lot of the
difficult work would be done.
