	I remember seeing this at one point and adding code to
create /etc/sysconfig in configureSystem(), but it actually turned out
that the issue was that no packages were being installed ... I can't
remember what the root cause of that was, though.

	If you do figure it out, I'd be curious to know where yum is silently
failing, so that we can fix that.
