Build system: devel builds are failing

side effect of yesterday's rawhide "confusion".

Today's rawhide tree just got pushed and it looks like today's
repodata is self-consistent for the i386 tree atleast.  So i suggest
you give it a few hours to propogate to mirrors and try doing builds
again then.
