Cannot connect to build server

I've seen these often in the past, and IIRC only with
buildsys.fedoraproject.org (no problems noticed with other hostnames).
Seth assisted in debugging it, but according to him, at that time
everything looked ok.  I grew tired of the failures and have had an
entry for that hostname in /etc/hosts for quite some time now...
