headsup: rawhide gkrellm updated to 2.3.0

Hi all,

In 1 or 2 days gkrellm-2.3.0 should show up rawhide. This is a headsup for any 
gkrellm plugin maintainers. From 2.2.x > 2.3.0 the plugin API has not changed 
so a rebuild is _not_ necessary. Except that in 2.2.x the private variable 
gkrellm_monitor_list was accidentally exported to plugins, and that is fixed 
now. I checked all plugins currently in Fedora and as expected none use this 
variable, so that is not a problem.
