For the packages that *do* build during Matt's automated rebuilds, does
anyone pay attention to the rpmdiff logs?

One goal of rebuilds is to make sure that all build dependencies are still
compatible and e.g. no features are dropped silently because of API
changes and non-fatal configure checks. If no rebuilds are done, there can
be a big surprise when an update is needed and it is found that some
BuildRequires don't yield the expected results.
