SELinux policy modules for NetworkManager-openvpn

Please try the attached SELinux policy modules (myNetworkManager and
myopenvpn), which should allow NetworkManager to run openvpn under SELinux.

For details of how to build modules:

To install the modules once built:
# semodule -i myNetworkManager.pp -i myopenvpn.pp
