- Fixed %%changelog section
- Fixed directory ownership
- Removed pkgconfig from -devel package Requires

I can't reproduce the undefined-non-weak-symbol problem on fc6. Maybe I should
add libgnomecanvas-devel to BuildRequires? I'll attach my mock build log.
