Well, two issues.

* For BuildRequires:
  - BuildRequires:  pygtk2-devel
    python-devel (for FC-devel) is sufficient. And, IMO this package
    should need no BuildRequires apart from minimum build environment
    (please check bug 219961)
* For desktop file
  - This is a GUI application so providing a desktop file is
    generally recommended.
