* now used %buildroot all over the spec file
* removed smp-flags/-j flag because the package won't build with it
* added doc files
* moved config to /etc/prelude instead of /etc/prelude/prelude
* removed duplicate BuildReqs
* upgraded to new upstream verson 0.9.12

no more output from rpmlint on the SRPM.
