I have written upstream, commenting the issue with the license. I have also sent
a patch for edhead. In the mean time:

* rpmlint warns about not stripped binaries => ignored (comment #7)
* when compiling edhead there is a security warning => I have made a patch, also
send upstream
* Makefile should use ${RPM_OPT_FLAGS} => done (thanks #11)
* when creating the shared lib use $(CC) => done
* licensing => requested info upstream, changed license of subpackages to LGPL
* the libwcs subpackage should go into System Environment/Libraries group => done
* the libwcs subpackage should provide libwcs.so.3 => done

These are the spec and srpm with the listed fixes.
