no time to really look at the specfile now but read
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/RPMMacros
there you will find the correct macro's to replace the paths with. ( %{_libdir} )
Also increase your release number everytime you make a change, even during
review and put your changes in the changelog.
