Actually DESCRIPTION file is useless in packages.
the command: $ rpm -q [package_name] --info 
already do this work.
So, you SHOULD remove this file.

However, there are some .pdf files which should be added as documentation files
from /widgetTools/inst/doc/ subdirectories.
Also, i see no license text or file in this package.
