Oyranos started to use the static libs because Elektra was not available on any
distro repo.
Being available on FE provides Oyranos a chance to use the system's Elektra (the
dynamic version) now.
Yes, a static brick is good for rescue situations. But if Elektra will once
become such an essential piece of software, sysadmins and rescue-CD-makers will
find a way to include a dynamic Elektra on it.
I won't bother about eliminating static build process and packages.
