Summary:
A key/value pair database to store software configurations

Ok so i've cleaned the spec from static package reference... The only difference
with Patrice version is that i've disabled-static in configure but it may only
affect install strep (i also need to remove static lib and binary manually)..
Unfortunately there is a release collision because i've also used relase 2...
