Description: 

Xfconf is a hierarchical (tree-like) configuration system where the
immediate child nodes of the root are called "channels".  All settings
beneath the channel nodes are called "properties."

Several things of note: 

This package requires libxfce4util-4.5.92 to build. There is a copy of this
src.rpm in:
http://www.scrye.com/~kevin/fedora/xfconf/libxfce4util-4.5.92-1.fc11.src.rpm

I am open to suggestion on how to clean those up. 
Are the .packlist files needed? Is mode 555 really bad for a perl shared
module?
Should I really make a perl-devel subpackage for 2 files?
