  + I guess the last one (i.e. mapnik-demo depends on mapnik-devel)
    is intentional

  - On the other hand, the first rpmlint (i.e. %files demo entry
    does not have %defattr(-,root,root,-) ) must be fixed.

* Directory ownership issue
  - %{_libdir}/mapnik is not owned by any packages.

Please fix above. Once spot approves data license, I can say go for
this package.
