I'll fix #23 comments ASAP on my side.

Spot, I don't insist with the license:

Would be fine w/o, at last this particular package 
can live fine without those vector datasets
even forever, if they are declined I'll repack a -fedora 
tarball with README.fedora placeholder where I will
mention the explicit removal out from original tarball.

 I am bit dissapointed  with functional misbehavior of some 
plugins/parts, invested some time to fix it, functionality 
is pretty worse on linux, upstream politics is wierd too,
next release will e.g depend on significantly totaly other 
libs, cmake seems to be dropped in SVN, but package still provide
something unique in opensource land, e.g openstreetmap.org
render their maps with mapnik, apperantly google maps too, 
and there is no other replacement tool to do this fine render 
job in GIS world for free yet.
  I wanted a SVN one pack but its impossible to compile/fix,
due to total different lib requirements which even dont exist
(i wasnt able to locate where such external functions lives
at all).
