Change:
- update to 1.6.0RC1
- added php-Fileinfo dependency


The Fileinfo/mime_magic issue is fixed now. SQLite support via PDO in
Zend_Cache_Backend_Sqlite is still missing (non-blocker). Also, we can
definitely go without the working unit tests for now but can we continue
collaboration on issues after the Fedora/RHEL release? Anyway, I'll open a Zend
Tracker account.

Gianluca: Ready for a review or do you want to wait for 1.6 final?

Talking about ZF issues still open, I'd love to see ZF-2151 fixed, maybe
utilizing libyaml/php-yaml.
