Fixed this.

I have added separate LICENSE file.

Not sure what does this mean and how to fix this. There is "Copyright (c) 2006
Red Hat, Inc. All rights reserved." in the comment on top of rpmfluff.py but
not sure if that is what you mean. How to fix this?
