Have it in separate subpackage -examples, which solve it trouble, also do not
acceptable by your.

Technically ne7ssh-doc contain examples and Makefile which actually need
ne7ssh-devel to demonstrate it. So, if I omit it dependency make will be fail.
I do not want intensionally make broken dependency. I think it is a main
maintainer task create correct package dependencies. So, who install any
package may expect what installed package work without any manual manipulation.
And there have no mater this is game, o package for developer.
