But what you'd want for tomorrow is having the dependencies from
a run of "bash --rpm-requires" on the scriplets be automatically added
to the package's Requires(...).

It's pretty silly to still be doing all of these pre/post/...
requirements manually, especially given that the vast majority of
scriplets are the default (shell), and that the mechanism to fix this
as been there for ages in both bash and rpm...
